Student Enrollment Agreement

This Enrollment Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Nippa Connectors Pvt. Ltd. (the “School”) and the undersigned student (the “Student”). This agreement covers services delivered physically in Pakistan for 6 months Japanese language course N4.

• The School provides the basic and practical Japanese language training course.

Student Obligations

• Attend all scheduled classes and complete assigned coursework.

• Pay all charges on time according to the schedule.

• Abide by school rules and behavior standards.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The language course fee will be charged at a total amount of Rs. 150,000.

The deadline date will be counted on the last day of the month.

• 75% refund if withdrawn in the 1st month.

• 50% refund if withdrawn in the 2nd month.

• 25% refund if withdrawn in the 3rd month.

• No refund after the 3rd month.

Privacy and Data Sharing

Student information will be handled confidentially. The School may share the student profile with coordinators or government authorities if required.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be settled under the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
